Team-building through ART/WORK

Team-building through ART/WORK at the Attleboro Arts Museum

Book your group for a session of collaborative creativity!

The Attleboro Arts Museum offers specialized collaborative art-making sessions that include a private gallery tour for groups. Arts educator Sandy Coleman will lead groups through a three-hour workshop in which participants create individual ready-to-hang artworks that can be displayed on their own or combined as a whole to represent the significant creativity that individuals collectively bring. The workshops are geared toward team-building for businesses, organizations, schools and non-profits.

The Attleboro Arts Museum is happy to coordinate with each group on scheduling a team-building collaborative workshop.  Visits will only be scheduled during times when exhibitions are on display in the Museum’s main gallery. Of note: team-building programs are subject to scheduling constraints due to Museum programs, exhibitions and events. Please contact us at least 3-4 weeks in advance for booking a workshop.  An Attleboro Arts Museum staff member will contact you after the receipt of your request form to schedule a brief in-person meeting.

Choose from one of the following projects (includes a brief gallery tour):

  • Decorative Circles within a Square
  • Mini-Magnetic Canvas Collage

These group projects provide collaborative creativity while also encouraging individual expression.  We are all working toward a common goal but we bring different imaginative elements to achieving the goals, which makes the end result unique yet connected.

About Arts Educator, Sandy Coleman:

“I indulge in various forms of art, which gives me great joy. I mostly work in mixed-media collage and create beaded jewelry and handcrafted cards. I also facilitate workshops for groups who want to make collaborative artwork as a way of connecting, team-building and enhancing their spaces with a symbol of their collective creativity. My mission in life is not only to use the gifts I have been given to the fullest extent possible to make art but also to help others tap into their own creativity and its potential for improving their personal as well as professional lives.”
